We know that happy tenants are good for landlords, and we treat your tenants with respect and kindness. We do all of this while providing a 8.9% Management Fee. We believe in the importance of great customer service and complete transparency in every aspect of our business.

Business Development Manager

Pierce Fryga is from Lexington, SC. He is also an active member of the SC Army National Guard. When Pierce and his wife Emily moved to Charleston they fell in love with the Lowcountry. Prior to working at Tide PM Co. Pierce worked in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales. He has also worked with the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC) as the Disaster Preparedness Coordinator of the Lowcountry.

Pierce is primarily focused on delivering premium-level services to all of his clients and helping them meet their goals through property management. His local market expertise makes him an asset to your property management needs.

Kelly Enis, Director of Property Management at Tide Property Management, brings a deep-rooted love for the Lowcountry, with her family’s Charleston roots running deep. With a robust background in Hospitality Management and extensive multi-unit property experience, Kelly is adept at navigating market trends and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

Her career, marked by years of property management expertise, is complemented by her personal passions for cooking, fishing, and exploring the mountains. A devoted Clemson Tigers supporter, Kelly also treasures spending quality time with her son and husband, balancing her professional success with a rich and fulfilling family life.

I’m all about turning chaos into order and adding a bit of creativity to everything I do. With a passion for problem-solving and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, I love making work feel like a breeze. When I’m not keeping everything on track, I’m probably on a new adventure, discovering something exciting, or picking up a new skill.
