Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. We have multiple applicants on properties and process applications first come first serve. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
We require a Security Deposit equal to 1 month’s rent. We do not collect last month's rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 yrs or older. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The rental deposit is not refundable, but the security deposit may be refundable at the end of the lease if the property is maintained in excellent condition without requiring additional repairs. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Anyone who does not qualify for the property on their own. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Simple. Just click the application link on the page of the rental listing. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent is paid through your resident portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Notify Tide Property management of your desire to get a pet and complete a PetScreening Profile. If you currently live in one of our properties please reach out to the team before getting a pet so we are able to document it in our system. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Please reach out to the office so we can discuss next steps regarding your move out. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
As soon as you know you want to move out please let us know. We want your move out process to be as smooth as possible. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Tenant caused issues are tenant responsibility. Items outside of this are the owner’s responsibility.
