Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly with Owner Statements and are also available through our online Owner Portal.

If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free.

On-Time Rent Guarantee
We guarantee that rent will be paid to you on or before the 10th of every month. In the rare event that Tide received on-time tenant pay, but rent is delayed, we will waive the management fees for that month, ensuring your financial stability.
Eviction/Re-leasing Guarantee
We implement robust tenant screening procedures to minimize eviction risks. In the event of an eviction of a resident that we place, we will cover eviction costs. We will also waive the leasing fee for the next tenant.
90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our owners. If you are not satisfied with the services rendered in the first 90 days, we will refund our management fees, demonstrating our commitment to service excellence and owner satisfaction.
