First, we have a maintenance coordination team that is on call 24 hours a day. They have a screening process to determine if a request is an emergency, like losing heat in the winter. From there, they call in a trusted vendor to fix the issue as soon as possible. If you work with us and have your own trusted vendor, we can reach out to them instead.
