With the move-in inspection, we’ll come out to the property and go through it meticulously to ensure that everything is documented. We’ll take pictures of the walls, flooring, windows, doors, ceilings, appliances, etc., and take notes. Everything is digital, so we know it saves and isn’t hard to find.

Then, the move-out inspection is very similar. We’ll go back out to the property after the tenants have moved out and do the same thing. We’ll look for holes, damages, dents, and anything that wasn’t there before. Again, we’ll document everything carefully to eliminate any disputes. If there are damages, the tenant will be charged for them, not you.
